Provided in a 233-thread-count pure cotton case finished with superior double-stitched piped edges to retain shape, the non-allergenic ultrafine microfibre fill replicates the softness and support of feather and down for a cosy and comfortable night’s rest for your guests.

Better still, since the synthetic fill is made from polyester recycled from plastic bottles – keeping bottles from landfills and our oceans and reducing the need for petroleum drilling to make polyester from oil – you’ll know the environment is enjoying a rest too.

Machine washable with care at 40°C, this fabulous four-star staple will plump up for you time after time.

Day-to-day use:
Always use a protector to minimise the need for laundering
Do not use deodorising sprays or any other treatments
Air regularly to ensure any moisture is released and the fillings can re-loft

Washing:
Wash in a machine with at least 50% empty space when loaded dry so the item and its filling can move fully; pillows will need to be washed one at a time in most machines
Wash at 40°C or lower on a gentle or delicate cycle and avoid rapid or ready-to-wear cycles
Use only gentle detergents and avoid bleaching agents and fabric conditioners
Use a high-speed spin cycle to remove as much water as possible after washing
Take care when removing the item from the machine as it can get caught and tear when wet
Never leave bedding products wet or damp as the fillings may start to degrade

Drying:
Tumble dry at a low temperature on a long cycle, in a machine with at least 60% empty space so the item and its filling can move fully and re-loft; pillows will need to be dried one at a time in most machines
Remove from the drier immediately when the cycle finishes and air for 24 hours to ensure the core is fully dry
Always tumble dry pillows to ensure that the fillings are fully dried and re-lofted; air drying alone is not sufficient

Dry cleaning:
We advise against dry cleaning all duvets and pillows because the chemicals used in dry cleaning can damage fillings
Also the drying stage is critical to laundering bedding but is often not carried out properly during the dry-cleaning process
