We’ve retired now from having a bed & breakfast business, but when we need any bedding, tablecloths, pillow protectors etc for our home, there is nowhere better than Out of Eden. Everything we have bought in the past from them has been excellent quality and reasonable price. Why would we go anywhere else? Thank you Out of Eden.!

I chose these pillows primarily for their comfort and because they are made in the uk. I was not disappointed and I had the best sleep from the first night of using them that I have had in a long time. I highly recommend Out of Eden products and the company. Yes thank you for your excellent customer service. We are not the biggest customers but even then you provide us with an excellent service. If I have questions... they're solved in no time on the (personal) chat, no chatbot yet and I hope it stays like that. All goods ordered are always delivered on next day delivery (even now when your site says it can be delayed). Everything is always in perfect condition, very well packed and our delivery guy (usually Brandon from DPD) is very polite and helpful. Having worked in customer service myself for more than 45 years it's nice to see that there's still companies who work in the "old fashioned" way and put their customers on top of their list. Thanks again for that.

I am very impressed with the service I received after a delivery was made damaged. Very helpful staff that swiftly responded and resent the item no quibble. The customer service was excellent and quick to respond. Very pleased with the service and the product.
