The reservations diary is designed to equip the needs of small hotels, self-catering properties, serviced accommodation and guest houses. The diary features a flexible layout which enables you to take all the booking information you need for up to 12 bedrooms or units.
Alongside a spacious week-to-view calendar on every double page spread, there is also a compact month-to-view calendar for advance bookings for the following year. All UK bank holidays have been clearly shaded to help you stay in the know about upcoming events and helps to avoid any unexpected surprises.
The hardback diary features a distinctive black leather look cover with attractive gold embossed leathering and a page ribbon to bookmark the week.

Brilliant product, we order one every year for your guest house. Only 1 slight issue with this years and the new one is the cord that opens the diary at the right page is very short again. Previously had ample to hold and open but the last 2 ordered its been very short and only just sticks out the bottom of the diary. Please make this longer as it used to be, otherwise great product.

Took a while to find this item online as the clearance item for 2025's diary kept popping up. Have ordered this item for past 4 years. Does what I nee. Great service as received next day.

Given the high cost of this diary compared to identical others available, the ribbon that you use to open it at the current date is way too short to be of use. Otherwise, still a lovely diary.
