I'm delighted with the kettle, which arrived two working days after I placed the order, so I'm very pleased with your speedy service. I'm glad that you use recycled paper for your Delivery Note, and I'll give the paper packing to a local charity shop for them to wrap items. My old kettle was too big for my needs, and the new kettle's design is far superior. I will recommend both your service and the kettle.

This is some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. It was handled quickly, efficiently with professionalism and with a little humour, which always goes down well. I think my call was taken by Erin, well done. You left me smiling after I got off the phone, that doesn't happen often when having to deal with returns etc.
