These are fine when new, but they fail quickly. Buying replacements is also expensive due to delivery charges if it's the only thing you need and therefore don't qualify for free delivery. Not sure its going to be viable to keep with Cole and Lewis once our bulk stock is used.

the pumps seem to have all failed at once! - I bought 6 of each type, and circulate them regularly (taking them away to fill up) - but the pumps on a lot of them no longer work, which is disappointing. Are the new pumps better than the old ones please?

We've just introduced the Cole and Lewis range to our holiday let and it smells gorgeous. The pumps however haven't lasted very long at all so I've just ordered another 5 spares hoping it was a blip.

I use Cole & Lewis products in my B&B and everyone loves them!
The only issue we have is that we are forever having to change the pumps on the 300ml bottles. Thank God they do these as spares, but would prefer to spend more and have a better quality pump!!
