This compact reservations diary is a useful tool when keeping guest reservations organised ahead of 2025. The A5 diary has been designed specifically for the administrative needs of small hotels, serviced accommodation, guest houses and self-catering properties. The flexible layout has room to store booking information for up to 6 bedrooms or units.
Each spread features a week-to-view table which is a convenient way for you to observe 7 days of bookings at a glance. All UK bank holidays are clearly shaded and there is a month-to-view 2026 calendar on every spread which helps you stay in-the-know and avoid double bookings. The layout also features extra writing space to record notes.
The compact diary is easy to store and features a distinctive black leather look hard cover with attractive gold embossed lettering. There is also page ribbon to bookmark the week.
