Provided in a 233 thread count pure cotton case finished with superior double stitched piped edges to retain shape, the non-allergenic ultrafine microfibre fill replicates the softness and support of feather and down for a cosy and comfortable night’s rest for your guests.

Better still, since the synthetic fill is made from polyester recycled from plastic bottles – keeping bottles from landfill and our oceans and reducing the need for petroleum drilling to make polyester from oil – you’ll know the environment is enjoying a rest too.

Machine washable with care at 40°C, this fabulous four star staple will plump up for you time after time.

Day-to-day use:

• Always use a protector to minimise the need for laundering
• Do not use deodorising sprays or any other treatments
• Air regularly to ensure any moisture is released and the fillings can re-loft

Washing:

• Wash in a machine with at least 50% empty space when loaded dry so the item and its filling can move fully; pillows will need to be washed one at a time in most machines
• Wash at 40°C or lower on a gentle or delicate cycle and avoid rapid or ready-to-wear cycles
• Use only gentle detergents and avoid bleaching agents and fabric conditioners
• Use a high-speed spin cycle to remove as much water as possible after washing
• Take care when removing the item from the machine as it can get caught and tear when wet
• Never leave bedding products wet or damp as the fillings may start to degrade

Drying:

• Tumble dry at a low temperature on a long cycle, in a machine with at least 60% empty space so the item and its filling can move fully and re-loft; pillows will need to be dried one at a time in most machines
• Remove from the drier immediately when the cycle finishes and air for 24 hours to ensure the core is fully dry
• Always tumble dry pillows to ensure that the fillings are fully dried and re-lofted; air drying alone is not sufficient

Dry cleaning:

• We advise against dry cleaning all duvets and pillows because the chemicals used in dry cleaning can damage fillings
• Also the drying stage is critical to laundering bedding but is often not carried out properly during the dry-cleaning process
