This premium quality 400TC sateen weave flat sheet is perfect when you are looking for superior comfort and durability in your guest linens.

Some fabrics with high thread counts become less durable as yarns become thinner and potentially more fragile, but that’s not the case here. Our 400 Thread Count Sateen Weave range is independently verified by the Laundry Technology Centre who estimate it should last more than 400 washes in a domestic machine, to guarantee you ultimate luxury that lasts.

The entire 400TC Luxury Cotton Sateen collection features a sublime silky smooth weave that is 'oh so soft' and breathable on skin. Your guests will be diving into these sheets and they may never want to leave.

Featuring coloured tabs for effortless size identification to make bed changing faster and easier.

Independently tested for hospitality use by the Laundry Technology Centre.
Should last 400+ washes in a domestic machine, if bleaching agents are avoided.
Requires ironing as made from pure cotton.
Machine wash at 40°C. Tumble dry on a low setting. Iron on a cotton setting. Do not bleach or dry clean.
Suitable for industrial laundries.
It is recommended to wash all bed linen prior to use.
