Folding beds are excluded from our free returns policy, however, they can be returned in a unused condition along with the original packaging for a small collection fee. This version of the Jay-Be; J-Bed is for hotel contract use as it meets the fire safety standards necessary in hospitality, which are more stringent than domestic standards.
