This range of sofa beds has been specially designed and constructed for use in commercial environments and meets the strict fire retardancy regulations required for all furniture in guest accommodation.
Mattresses on contract beds, including those on sofa beds, must always comply with BS 7177 (Med Hazard) Ignition Source 5 (crib 5) Fire Retardancy regulations. Upholstery must also comply with BS 17176 (Med Hazard). Jay-Be ensure all our hotel sofa beds are made to the highest standard to withstand the rigours of the hospitality industry.
In addition to these certifications, the breathable mattresses, the extra comfort layers and robust frames provide a more luxurious sleep experience.

The basic mattress comes with the Heritage & Urban sofa beds. The layers of e-Fibres and Micro e-Pockets create a comfortable and cosy sleep experience. The materials used are 100% foam free and free from VOCs. It also comes with a 1-year manufacturer guarantee.
The Premium Mattress comes with the Linea, Elegance, Slim, Deco and Chesterfield sofa beds. Not only does it feature a deep, e-Spring core but also has many layers of wool and high density e-Fibres to ensure maximum comfort. It also comes with a 1-year manufacturer guarantee.

Easy to use, it quickly transforms the sofa into a comfortable bed. The cushions and seat pads must be removed before unfolding. The frame comes with a 5-year manufacturer guarantee.

Delivery & Returns
*Hotel Sofa Beds from Out of Eden include free delivery within Mainland UK. Please call for delivery costs to other locations. They are delivered with a white glove service to a room of your choice and assembled. They will also take away all packaging.
Sofa beds are excluded from our usual returns policy as they are made to order and have different delivery terms.
