Mainland Carriage Terms
Carriage and packing is free for orders over £49.00 excluding VAT, delivered anywhere in the UK except the Channel Islands. For orders with a value of less than £49.00 excluding VAT, we charge £3.95 for carriage and packing.
Delivery charges to the Channel Islands:
Orders under £100 (excl VAT) £10.50
Orders over £100 (excl VAT) 10% of the order value
Orders over £600 (excl VAT) free
If you would like your order delivered to an address in Europe, including Eire, contact our customer services team on 01768 372 939 who will arrange this.
We do not deliver outside Europe.

Carriage and packing charge is classed as a service and as such is subject to VAT.
Mainland orders are normally delivered within 3-5 working days subject to stock availability. Delivery to remote areas of the country may take longer. Ring if you need a specific delivery date or if the order is urgent.

If you are not satisfied with any product ring us on 01768 372 939 to arrange a return. When you telephone you will be given a Returns Authorisation Number (valid for 30 days) and either sent a returns paid postage label or details of when our carrier will collect your package. We do, however reserve the right to raise a restocking and handling charge of 15% for goods totalling more than £100 excluding VAT.
When returning goods do ensure that they are unused and in the original packaging because used, damaged or marked items received by us will not will be accepted for a refund.
We regret that custom made or special order items (table linen, key fobs etc) cannot be returned. Any items bought in our sale, or special offers are not covered by our FREE returns policy but you can of course send them back at your own expense.
We will always exchange or refund faulty items.
