We only use express delivery services and aim to despatch all orders received by 12 noon on the same day. Orders received before 12 noon on Fridays may be delivered on Saturday. Orders placed after 12 noon on a weekday or at the weekend will typically be delivered within two or three working days.
Carriage and packing is free for orders over £50 (ex VAT), delivered anywhere in the UK except Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.
For orders with a value of less than £50 (ex VAT), we charge £6 (ex VAT) for carriage and packing.

Delivery is free to Mainland UK. Please note that delivery charge applies for any island deliveries – please contact us for a quote.
The current lead time for beds and mattresses is 2-3 weeks, for sofa beds it is 4-6 weeks.
For all folding beds please allow 48 hours for delivery.

From the 27th June 2021 the EU has introduced major changes to how import VAT is applied on goods imported into Europe. From this date we cannot accept any orders under the value of £1000 net that are to be delivered outside the UK to Europe. There have also been changes to regulations relating to shipping certain goods from the UK to Europe. Due to these changes in regulations we regret that we are no longer able to export the below outside mainland UK:

Carriage and packing charge is classed as a service and as such is subject to VAT.
VAT Rate on orders for delivery outside of the UK is 0% at Point of Purchase. Our standard Incoterms are DAP, which means the buyer is liable for all customs clearance charges (including all customs duties and import taxes) in the importing country. Our courier will contact you as soon as the goods are received in your country to organise the payment of the relevant Import Taxes and Duties, depending on the regulations in the receiving country.

If you are not satisfied with any product ring us on 01768 372 939 to arrange a return. When you telephone you will be given a Returns Authorisation Number (valid for 30 days) and either sent a returns paid postage label or details of when our carrier will collect your package.
When returning goods do ensure that they are unused and in the original packaging because used, damaged or marked items received by us will not will be accepted for a refund.
We regret that beds, mattresses and custom made or special order items (embroidery, key fobs etc) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing fault. Any items bought in our sale or special offers are not covered by our FREE returns policy.
We will always exchange or refund faulty or damaged items. In order to resolve refund/replacement requests, please provide an image of the fault or damage.
