Delivery Times

We aim to despatch and deliver your order within 2-3 working days* but no orders will be despatched over weekends and bank holidays

Please bear in mind that we cannot provide the same delivery service to all postcode areas and delivery to remote areas of the country may take longer than our stated 2-3 working days. For delivery times depending on your area, please see the map below.

Delivery Charges

Mainland United Kingdom

Carriage and packing is free for orders over £49.00 (excl VAT), delivered anywhere in the UK except the Channel Islands.

For orders with a value of less than £49.00 (excl VAT), we charge £5.00 (excl VAT) for carriage and packing.

Bed and mattress orders are subject to seperate delivery charges and fall outside our standard free delivery, please call Customer Services on 01768 372 939 for details.

We have suspended shipping goods to all European countries, including The Republic of Ireland, for orders under £1000 exc VAT.

If you require a shipment to European destinations including The Republic of Ireland, that is over £1000 exc. VAT,  please contact our customer services team on 01768 372 939.

From the 27th June 2021 the EU has introduced major changes to how import VAT is applied on goods imported into Europe. From this date we cannot accept any orders under the value of £1000 net that are to be delivered outside the UK to Europe. If you require any further information please call our customer services team on 01768 372 939.

There have also been changes to regulations relating to shipping toiletries & cleaning chemicals from the UK to Europe. Due to these changes in regulations we regret that we are no longer able to export toiletries or cleaning chemicals outside the UK.

We are only able to supply our goods to trade customers with a valid EORI number.

Please note we do not deliver outside the UK & Europe.


Carriage and packing charge is classed as a service and as such is subject to VAT.

VAT Rate on orders for delivery outside of the UK is 0% at Point of Purchase. Our standard Incoterms are DAP, which means the buyer is liable for all customs clearance charges (including all customs duties and import taxes) in the importing country. Our courier will contact you as soon as the goods are received in your country to organise the payment of the relevant Import Taxes and Duties, depending on the regulations in the receiving country.

If you are not satisfied with any product ring us on 01768 372 939 to arrange a return. When you telephone you will be given a Returns Authorisation Number (valid for 30 days) and either sent a returns paid postage label or details of when our carrier will collect your package.

When returning goods do ensure that they are unused and in the original packaging because used, damaged or marked items received by us will not will be accepted for a refund.

We regret that custom made or special order items (table linen, key fobs etc) cannot be returned. Any items bought in our sale, or special offers are not covered by our FREE returns policy but you can of course send them back at your own expense.

We will always exchange or refund faulty items.
