There is no definitive answer as it completely depends on the taste and style of your establishment, but the most popular towel colour for hotels, guest houses or holiday lets is white.
That said, white can easily get stained so some businesses find colours like grey or anthracite a good alternative. GSM is the grams per square metre of your towel, so the larger the GSM, the heavier your towel will be.
There are different benefits to higher or lower GSM towels and choosing the right one depends on what is best for your business. Lower GSM towels are more lightweight and dry fast so are great for spas or pool areas. Higher GSM towels are heavier so are often used in hotel rooms or holiday lets.
