This spare or replacement pump is designed to fit any 300ml Cole & Lewis bottle including the Lemongrass and Bergamot and Wild Fig and Iris liquid toiletry collections.

The pump has an embossed chrome neck that features the Cole & Lewis name and delivers the perfect size pump every time.

"the pumps seem to have all failed at once! - I bought 6 of each type, and circulate them regularly (taking them away to fill up) - but the pumps on a lot of them no longer work, which is disappointing. Are the new pumps better than the old ones please? "

After contacting Sarah we have arranged for replacement pumps to be sent out. This feedback has been passed onto our Quality Control Team to review.

"We’ve just introduced the Cole and Lewis range to our holiday let and it smells gorgeous. The pumps however haven’t lasted very long at all so I’ve just ordered another 5 spares hoping it was a blip."

"I use Cole & Lewis products in my B&B and everyone loves them! The only issue we have is that we are forever having to change the pumps on the 300ml bottles. Thank God they do these as spares, but would prefer to spend more and have a better quality pump!! "

Rick has received replacement pumps. We are looking into the issue and working with our supplier on improving the quality of the pumps.
