Welcome guests to their room with a reassuring touch that their accommodation has been hygienically cleaned and hasn’t been entered since.
Housekeepers can stick the label on the door and doorframe at eye level for quick reference for guests, and a prompt for other staff not to enter the room.
Each label measures 51mm x 96mm (approximately the size of a business card) and is printed in clearly legible black text onto white semi-gloss, self-adhesive paper.
The material is an easy-to-remove self-adhesive stock, so won’t leave behind a sticky residue or damage paintwork.
Supplied on A4 sheets of 10 labels per sheet, which can be easily and quickly peeled-off and applied.

Delivery Times
Delivery to remote areas of the country may take longer. Ring if you need a specific delivery date or if the order is urgent. Under normal circumstances all orders placed over weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Carriage and packing is free for orders over £49.00 (excl VAT), delivered anywhere in the UK except the Channel Islands.
For orders with a value of less than £49.00 (excl VAT), we charge £3.95 (excl VAT) for carriage and packing.

Europe
We have temporarily suspended shipping goods for new customers to all European countries, including The Republic of Ireland.
For existing customers if you require a shipment to European destinations including The Republic of Ireland please contact our customer services team on 01768 372 939 who will arrange this.
From the 27th June 2021 the EU has introduced major changes to how import VAT is applied on goods imported into Europe. From this date we cannot accept any orders under the value of £140 net that are to be delivered outside the UK to Europe except for those going to France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Ireland, Italy or Austria. We are only able to supply our goods to trade customers with a valid EORI number.

VAT
Carriage and packing charge is classed as a service and as such is subject to VAT.
VAT Rate on orders for delivery outside of the UK is 0% at Point of Purchase. Our standard Incoterms are DAP, which means the buyer is liable for all customs clearance charges (including all customs duties and import taxes) in the importing country. Our courier will contact you as soon as the goods are received in your country to organise the payment of the relevant Import Taxes and Duties, depending on the regulations in the receiving country.
Returns
When you buy anything from Out of Eden you are covered by our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with any product ring us on 01768 372 939 to arrange a return. When you telephone you will be given a Returns Authorisation Number (valid for 30 days) and either sent a returns paid postage label or details of when our carrier will collect your package.
When returning goods do ensure that they are unused and in the original packaging because used, damaged or marked items received by us will not will be accepted for a refund.
We regret that custom made or special order items (table linen, key fobs etc) cannot be returned. Any items bought in our sale, or special offers are not covered by our FREE returns policy but you can of course send them back at your own expense.
We will always exchange or refund faulty items.
