Very pleased with this kettle, looks very smart and works well.

Looks good but hard to see how much water you've put in. Quite a high minimum quantity (600ml) compared to the one it replaced which was 300ml. wouldn't buy again. Will stick to the plain black one.

When you telephone you will be given a Returns Authorisation Number (valid for 30 days) and either sent a returns paid postage label or details of when our carrier will collect your package. We do, however reserve the right to raise a restocking and handling charge of 15% for goods totalling more than £100 excluding VAT.

When returning goods do ensure that they are unused and in the original packaging because used, damaged or marked items received by us will not will be accepted for a refund.

We regret that custom made or special order items (table linen, key fobs etc) cannot be returned. Any items bought in our sale, or special offers are not covered by our FREE returns policy but you can of course send them back at your own expense.
