Prices

The prices displayed on this website are subject to change without notification and do not come into force until an order is ready to be despatched and full payment has been received. Credit or debit cards are not charged until your order is ready to be despatched to you.

All our prices are subject to VAT at the current rate. Our carriage and packing charge is liable to VAT because it is part of the overall service we offer.

Samples

We send swatches of our bedding and table linen, and samples of toiletries and liquid soap. For anything else, if you order a single item we'll charge you the cheapest possible carriage. You can keep it or send it back for a refund. Payment for these items must be made before they are sent out.

Extra Brochures and Order Forms

Ring and ask us to send you additional Brochures and Order Forms. Please pass one on to a friend or to anywhere that has changed hands.

Trade Description Act

Every care has been taken to ensure that the description, measurements and specifications are correct and we reserve the right to alter these without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors or typographical mistakes anywhere on this web site without any liability whatsoever on our part.

Stock Availability

We cannot ensure permanent availability of all of our items. If something is out of stock we will advise you of delays.

Money Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any product simply telephone us within 30 days to arrange its free collection. Do ensure that goods being returned are unused and in their original packaging, as items returned marked or damaged will not be credited. When you telephone you will be given a Returns Authorisation Number (R.M.A Number) and either sent a returns paid postage label or details of when our carrier will be collecting.

When using the postage paid returns label we recommend you ask for a certificate of posting. We regret that we cannot accept any returns that do not have a R.M.A number. When posting things back to us do ensure that goods being returned are unused and in their original packaging, as items returned marked or damaged will not be credited.

Shortages

Any shortages must be reported within 30 days of delivery, as replacements cannot be sent after this time.

We reserve the right to reject any orders without explanation.
