Returns
When you telephone you will be given a Returns Authorisation Number (R.M.A Number) and either sent a returns paid postage label or details of when our carrier will be collecting.
When using the postage paid returns label we recommend you ask for a certificate of posting. We regret that we cannot accept any returns that do not have a R.M.A number. When posting things back to us do ensure that goods being returned are unused and in the original packaging, as items returned marked or damaged will not be accepted for a refund.
A handling charge may be applied for the return of large parcels.
