The prices displayed on this website are subject to change without notification and do not come into force until an order is ready to be despatched and full payment has been received. Credit or debit cards are not charged until your order is ready to be despatched to you.

All our prices are subject to VAT at the current rate. Carriage and packing is classed as a service and as such is subject to VAT.

Samples

We can send swatches of some of our bedding and table linen, and samples of our Fairtrade beverages, toiletries and liquid soaps. For anything else, if you order a single item we'll charge you the cheapest possible carriage. You can keep it or send it back unused for a refund. Payment for these items must be made before they are sent out.

VAT

As a trade supplier all our prices are subject to VAT at the current rate. Our carriage and packing charge is liable to VAT because it is part of the overall service we offer.

Trade Description Act

Every care has been taken to ensure that the description, measurements and specifications are correct and we reserve the right to alter these without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors or typographical mistakes anywhere on this web site without any liability whatsoever on our part. All quantities and measurements are approximate.

Stock Availability

We cannot ensure permanent availability of all of our items. If something is out of stock we will advise you of the delivery date. However if you require part of your order to be sent ahead, we reserve the right to charge carriage.

Orders are normally delivered within 3-5 working days but remote areas of the country take longer. Ring if you need a delivery date or if the order is urgent.

When you buy anything from Out of Eden you are covered by our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with any product ring us on 01768 372 939 within 30 days to arrange its free return. We do, however reserve the right to raise a restocking and handling charge of 15% for goods totalling more than £100 excluding VAT.

We regret that custom made or special order items (table linen, key fobs etc) cannot be returned. Any items bought in our sale, or special offers are not covered by our FREE returns policy but you can of course send them back at your own expense.

It may be possible for you to return unused goods after 30 days at your own expense but please contact us first.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with any product ring us on 01768 372 939 to arrange a return. When you telephone you will be given a Returns Authorisation Number (valid for 30 days) and either sent a returns paid postage label or details of when our carrier will collect your package. We do, however reserve the right

to raise a restocking and handling charge of 15% for goods totaling more than £100 excluding VAT.

When returning goods do ensure that they are unused and in the original packaging because used, damaged or marked items received by us will not will be accepted for a refund.

We regret that custom made or special order items (table linen, key fobs etc) cannot be returned.

We will always exchange or refund faulty items.

Discrepancies on Delivery

Please check your delivered order and report any shortage, damage or discrepancy within 48 (working) hours of receipt.

We reserve the right to reject any orders without explanation.
