How are we different to other suppliers?
Out of Eden is a hotel supplier like no other! Founded over 20 years ago it has grown from humble beginnings into a successful business supplying many innovative, hard-to-find and problem solving products. The company is owned and run by Ian and Janet Hartley, who have a background in hotels and catering. As a family owned business based in rural Cumbria you are in the best possible hands.
How did it begin?
The business started in a very small way from the founder's home and has moved twice. To start with the business only supplied hotels, B & B's and guest houses in Cumbria but then branched out nationally. It is now based in a purpose built £1M all singing dancing building on the outskirts of Kirkby Stephen in the beautiful Eden Valley, Cumbria. We are now the town's largest private employer which is so vital in rural England and in the current economic climate.
What makes us different to other suppliers?
All the feedback we get says it all. We will never be one of those faceless companies we all know about - your telephone call will always be answered by a real person, your address details will never be sold to the highest bidder and the service you receive will never be compromised by bean counters, shareholders or a bank manager.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with any of your purchases, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange for its return entirely at our expense. You can always buy fast, fuss free and without any risk whatsoever!
