If you are not satisfied with any product simply telephone us within 30 days to arrange its free collection. We regret that custom made or special order items (Table Linen etc) cannot be returned. Do ensure that goods being returned are unused and in their original packaging, as items returned marked or damaged will not be credited.

When you telephone you will be given a Returns Authorisation Number (R.M.A Number) and either sent a returns paid postage label or details of when our carrier will be collecting.

When using the postage paid returns label we recommend you ask for a certificate of posting. We regret that we cannot accept any returns that do not have a R.M.A number.
