Delivery
Orders are despached within 3-5 working days but remote areas of the country take longer. Ring if you need a delivery date or if the order is urgent.
Mainland Carriage Terms
Carriage and packing is free for orders over £55.00 (excl VAT) delivered anywhere in the UK except Northern Ireland, Eire, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. For smaller orders add £5.50 for carriage and packing.
Offshore Carriage Terms
The following rates apply to orders delivered to Northern Ireland, Eire, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands:
Orders under £100 (excl VAT) £10.50
Orders over £100 (excl VAT) 10% of the order value
Orders over £600 (excl VAT) Carriage free
Offshore Delivery Services
We can deliver to an address on the mainland under our normal carriage terms. For the Scilly Isles, most customers ask for orders to be delivered to a shipping company on the mainland. We regret that we do not send orders outside the United Kingdom.
