Delivery
We try to deliver most orders in 3-5 working days, but sometimes they can take longer, especially when we are busy. Tell us if your order is urgent or best to telephone for a delivery date.
Mainland Carriage Terms
Carriage and packing is free for orders over £55.00 (excl VAT) delivered to the UK mainland. For smallerorders add £5.50 for carriage and packing.
Offshore Carriage Terms
For all islands and N Ireland (except the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Skye) we send goods by Parcelforce.The following rates apply to these orders:
Orders under £100 (excl VAT) £10.50
Orders over £100 (excl VAT) 10% of the order value
Orders over £600 (excl VAT) Carriage free
NB Very light orders will be charged at postage rates. However the definition of weight is our decision.
Offshore Delivery Services
We can deliver to an address on the mainland under our normal carriage terms. For the Scilly Isles, most customers ask for orders to be delivered to a shipping company on the mainland and many customers on Scottish islands give us a mainland shipping service or relative/friend on the mainland. This could apply anywhere else too.
We regret that we do not send orders outside the United Kingdom.
