Excellent feed back from guests who love this range. However I bought the 5l drums with hand pumps to refill which works out perfectly except for the hand and body lotion which is thicker than the other items and which apart from a couple of pumps on the first attempt am not able to get any of the lotion out with the pump as it seems to be too thick to pump and am left with 4.99l which is unusable. Having written a negative review against the gardinia range for their joint body/hair shampoo product, I feel I need to compliment it by saying how pleased I am with this range, even more now that the conditioner product has been added. They look lovely with the wall brackets in the showers and numerous guests, including the "hotel inspector" (Visit Britain and Green Tourism) have commented on the nice toiletries.
